KARUMEL is apowder coating developed by KCC first in Korea as one of environment-friendly paints.

 KARUMEL not only solves the pollution problems including the treatment of waste water due to use of solvent-borne paints, but also is proven to  have excellent film performance compared to solvent -borne paints.

 In particular, since it is 100% solid powder,KARUMEL generates no concern of environmental pollution due to solvents and wastes waters from factory, and forms excellent film with its improved productivity, resulted  from efficient work process. Since it differentiates itself from the solvent-borne paints in terms of both appearance and expense, KARUMEL will continue to replace solvent type of paints.

 KCC also develops and provides the leather texture paints, which give soft feeling or special designs including cracking, multi-tone and structure, which were not possible with existing powder coatings. Recently, KCC has developed and produced paints for pipe such as oil pipelines and gas pipes, powder coatings for rebar, and insulation powder coatings with its own technologies.
